The characteristics of our production:

ECO-FRIENDLY AGRICULTURE
Our "Al Mulino Del Fortunato" farm holiday centre practises ECO-FRIENDLY AGRICULTURE and our way of farming is the same as that of fifty years ago. We may have smaller yields but our quality is higher. There is an absolute absence of herbicides and chemical fertilizers. Instead, we use organic fertilizers and traditional insecticides such as copper, sulphur, mortar, and natural compost.

PRODUCTS COMPANY
Our centre produces wine, oil, hill potatoes, different kinds of beans.

ENERGY IS PRODUCED FROM RENEWABLE SOURCES
40% of electricity used is derived from our photovoltaic plant and 100% of our hot water comes from our solar-thermal plant.
